गंदगी और तंग जगह में ठूंस-ठूंस कर रखी गई थी 100 गांय

केंद्र और प्रदेश दोनों सरकार खुद के गौ हितैषी होने का दावा करती है लेकिन हकीकत बिल्कुल उलट नज़र आ रही है। गायों को लेकर एक बार फिर बड़ी लापरवाही उजागर हुई है। मेड़पार बाजार पुराना ग्राम पंचायत भवन में रखी 100 गाय में से लगभग 50 की मौत अव्यवस्था के कारण हो गई। नई व्यवस्था में गायों को गोठान में रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं लेकिन तखतपुर विकास खंड अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत मेड़पार बाजार में गोठान नहीं होने के कारण आसपास से पकड़े गए गायों को ग्राम पंचायत के पुराने जर्जर भवन के ग्राउंड में बनाएं अस्थाई गोठान में रखा गया था। बताया जा रहा है कि यहां करीब 100 गाय रखी हुई थी। बेहद कम जगह, गंदगी, संक्रमण के बीच रखी इन गायों की देखभाल बिल्कुल नहीं हुई, जिसके चलते करीब 50 गाय मर गई।
लोग अब सवाल उठा रहे हैं कि अगर गायों को रखने की व्यवस्था नहीं है तो फिर सड़क पर विचरण करने वाली गायों को जबरन पकड़कर क्यों उन्हें मौत के मुंह में धकेला जा रहा है। इसी ग्राम पंचायत के ग्रामीण विनोद घृतलहरे भी कह रहे हैं कि उनकी तीन गायों को एक दिन पहले ही यह रखा गया था, जिनकी भी मौत हो चुकी है।
इधर इसकी जानकारी होते ही अधिकारियों के हाथ-पांव फूल गए हैं और सभी अधिकारी लीपापोती में लग चुके हैं। प्रदेश की सरकार भी लगातार गायों को लेकर तरह-तरह की योजना बना रही है। केंद्र सरकार तो पहले से ही गायों को संरक्षण देने का दावा करती रही है, लेकिन बावजूद इसके गायों की दुर्गति हो रही है। एक तरफ बकरीद आते ही पूरे देश भर में गौ तस्करी तेज हो चुकी है तो वहीं अब गौठान में भी गाय सुरक्षित नहीं है। इस लेकर ग्रामीणों में रोष है, वही गौ रक्षक भी मौके पर पहुंच चुके हैं और इस लापरवाही के खिलाफ जमकर आक्रोश का प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है।
